INFLUENZA VACCINATIONS
We currently have the H1N1 ("swine") flu vaccination in stock in very limited supply. Please consider obtaining the vaccine if you are in the HIGH RISK categories. Patients for whom the vaccination are appropriate are those deemed "High Risk" and the CDC has defined this group of patients. Please check this list at the CDC website: http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/vaccination/acip.htm Due to the dramatically increased demand for Seasonal Influenza vaccination we do not have this vaccine in stock and do not foresee being able to obtain more this year. Suncoast Urgent Care Centers, LLC now operates in two locations. Trinity Urgent Care on State Road 54 in Trinity and as of July, 2009 Suncoast Urgent Care on Mariner Blvd. in Spring Hill. Trinity Urgent Care in Trinity and Suncoast Urgent Care in Spring Hill are both staffed by the same great doctors that started in Trinity. A few new doctors have been added to our staff who share our founders’ perspective on patient care and who also have an excellent knowledge base for Urgent Care medicine. We are confident that you will find our staff pleasant and courteous. Our mission at both Trinity and Suncoast Urgent Care Centers remains the same: To provide you, our patients, with the same care we would like our own family members to receive. Our staff is trained to care for all age groups from infants to seniors. Nurses are on site at all times in addition to our physicians, medical assistants and x-ray technicians. Both sites are equipped with state of the art digital radiography. Not only can we take x-rays and read them immediately, we are also able to transmit the x-rays, when needed, in order to collaborate with local radiologists and the doctors at our sister location. In addition to x-ray technology, Trinity Urgent Care in Trinity and Suncoast Urgent Care in Spring Hill perform lab tests, blood work, EKGs and urinalysis, when necessary. When appropriate, splinting and casting for musculoskeletal injuries and fractures can also be done on site. Our staff is expertly trained to manage:
